Reduced rates apply to all registrations paid in full 30 days prior to an event. Please view your specific event info for detailed information. 

All registrations paid after the 30 day deadline will receive the regular rates. 

Payment may be submitted via our online registration system or mailed by studio, personal, or certified check. Money orders, direct deposits, and wire transfers will not be accepted. 

Cash will only be accepted for new on-site registrations for convention only. 

All checks must be postmarked 30 days prior to the event. Any registration submitted after the 30 day deadline must be paid through our online registration system. 

Any paid dancer attending a second event in the same season is eligible for a 25% discount on their Workshop fees at the second event. 

All registrations and payment for Workshop and Competition are final. In the event a studio or individual cancels their registration, no refunds will be offered. 

Credit requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Any requests for credit must be submitted by the account holder prior to the start of the event to be considered. 

Savage IDX reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to extreme or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, venue closures, or government mandated restrictions). 

If an event is postponed, credit will be offered if a dancer can no longer attend the new event date. 

Refunds will only be offered if the event is completely canceled by Savage IDX.
